1. Overview and Acceptance

This website and online store operate under the Moira Mahjong brand. “Moira Mahjong,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the party operating the website and related services under that brand.

These Terms govern access to and use of the website, store, content, products, and related services. By using the Services, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced here. If you disagree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility and Lawful Use

You must be the age of majority where you live, or use the Services with a parent or legal guardian's permission and supervision. Use must be lawful and comply with applicable law.

3. Accounts and Customer Information

You must provide current, complete, and accurate account, contact, billing, shipping, and payment information. You are responsible for account security and activity. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use.

We may refuse service, restrict access, cancel an order, or suspend an account when reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, misuse, unlawful activity, security risks, or violations of these Terms.

4. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately. Colors and visual details can vary by screen, lighting, photography, or device settings. Minor variation in color, pattern, measurements, weight, alignment, finish, or appearance may result from materials or manufacturing and is not necessarily a defect.

We may update product descriptions, specifications, prices, and availability, limit quantities, or discontinue products. If a material error affects an order, we may correct it, contact the customer, or cancel the affected item and provide an appropriate refund.

5. Custom Products

For customization, the customer must check all submitted or approved names, text, images, colors, measurements, and specifications. Custom or made-to-order products generally cannot be changed, canceled, returned, or exchanged after production begins unless damaged, defective, incorrect, materially different from approved specifications, or otherwise required by law.

6. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase and does not guarantee acceptance. Acceptance occurs after payment confirmation and order confirmation or processing.

We may reject, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including unavailability, an obvious pricing or content error, suspected fraud, unauthorized payment, shipping or legal restrictions, customization errors, apparent unauthorized resale, or breach of these Terms. A canceled paid order will be refunded to the original payment method.

7. Prices, Taxes, and Payment

Prices appear in the currency shown on the website or at checkout and can change before an order is submitted. The amount confirmed at checkout applies, subject to correction of an obvious system or pricing error.

The customer must pay the price and any taxes, duties, or charges disclosed at checkout or imposed by the destination. Third-party payment providers process payments under their own terms and privacy policies. We may suspend or cancel an order if payment is declined, reversed, disputed, unauthorized, or potentially fraudulent.

8. Promotions

Promotions may have additional conditions. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, have no cash value, do not apply retroactively, and may be changed or withdrawn before an order. Misuse may result in cancellation. Refunds may be recalculated to reflect discounts, gifts, bundles, or other benefits.

9. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

The Shipping Policy governs processing, availability, delivery, tracking, customs, and delivery issues. Normal processing is 1–2 business days, followed by estimated standard delivery of 7–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

The Return and Refund Policy governs returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds. Eligible standard returns may be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery. Damage, defects, incorrect items, and missing components should be reported within 7 calendar days after recorded delivery.

These policies do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

10. Accuracy and Service Availability

We may correct errors and update product, pricing, promotion, shipping, delivery, and availability information. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free availability.

11. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or malicious activity; violate intellectual property, privacy, or other rights; submit false information; transmit malware, spam, or phishing; interfere with security or operation; collect information without authorization; impersonate another person; bypass access controls; or scrape protected content through unauthorized automated means.

12. Intellectual Property

Brand names, logos, product designs, images, videos, text, layouts, and other website content are owned by or licensed for use by Moira Mahjong and protected by applicable law. You receive only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for personal, non-commercial shopping. Protected content may not be reproduced, modified, distributed, sold, licensed, reverse engineered, or commercially exploited without permission.

13. Reviews and User Content

By submitting a review, photo, comment, or other content, you represent that you have the right to submit it, it is accurate and not misleading, and it does not violate law or another person's rights.

To the extent permitted by law, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, display, and distribute submitted content to operate, improve, and promote the Services. We may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms.

14. Third-Party Services and Privacy

Third-party payment providers, carriers, tracking platforms, social networks, and other linked or integrated services are governed by their own terms and policies. We do not control them. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

15. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and Services are provided on an “as available” basis. Products remain subject to any express product warranty and statutory warranty or guarantee that cannot be excluded. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer protections.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moira Mahjong and the persons and service providers involved in operating the Services are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising from the Services or products.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it is limited only to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.

17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Moira Mahjong against third-party claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Services, breach of these Terms, infringement of another person's rights, or content you submit. This does not apply to the extent a claim results from our unlawful conduct, negligence, or breach of duty.

18. Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances outside reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, epidemics, war, civil unrest, government action, labor disputes, transport interruption, customs delays, carrier failures, utility outages, internet disruption, or supply shortage. We will make reasonable efforts to reduce the impact.

19. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms were violated, fraud or unlawful activity occurred, or a security risk exists. Rights and obligations arising before termination and provisions intended to survive remain effective.

20. Severability, No Waiver, and Entire Agreement

If a provision is unlawful or unenforceable, it will apply to the greatest lawful extent and the remaining provisions remain effective. A delay in enforcement is not a waiver.

These Terms and the Privacy, Shipping, and Return and Refund Policies form the agreement regarding the Services and replace prior understandings on the same subject.

21. Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms are subject to applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections that apply to the customer. Before formal proceedings, both parties should make a reasonable effort to resolve a dispute directly. This does not prevent urgent relief or the exercise of a right that cannot legally be restricted.
